How do I add/edit a Medical Record Category?

To add a medical record category,

  1. Go to Master List –> Medical Record Category.
  2. Click Add Medical Record Category on the right upper corner.
  3. Fill up the pop-up window and click Save. 

To edit medical record category,

  1. Go to Master List –> Medical Record Category. 
  2. Search for the medical record category. Click Edit or Delete under the Actions column.
  3. Click Save or Delete.
