My queue page is not the same as my other colleagues’ PC. How do I reset it?

If your Queue page doesn’t look the same as another PC, it is most probably due to the Queue columns. Simply go to Queue Settings to customize it, either by: 

  1. Clicking Master List on the navigation bar at the top and select Settings
  2. Then click on Queue Settings on top. 

Alternatively, click Queue Settings at the bottom of the Queue page.  

  1. Adjust to customize the Queue columns.
  2. Click Save
