The appointment was set at 10am but patient arrived at 1030am. After completing the case, the calendar showed 2 cases for the same patient (10am & 1030am). How do I merge them?

  1. For redundant appointments on the calendar, just click on either one appointment box to delete the appointment. Alternatively, use the appointment list to check and delete one of them.
  2. However, to avoid this condition from happening, use the Turn Up function when the patient arrives to add the patient to Queue so there will not be duplicates. 
  3. If you wish to add a patient who was late for an appointment to the Queue manually, turn off the Auto Add Appointment for Walk In function at Master List -> Settings -> Calendar Settings.
