The appointment was set at 10am but patient arrived at 1030am. After completing the case, the calendar showed 2 cases for the same patient (10am & 1030am). How do I merge them?
- For redundant appointments on the calendar, just click on either one appointment box to delete the appointment. Alternatively, use the appointment list to check and delete one of them.
- However, to avoid this condition from happening, use the Turn Up function when the patient arrives to add the patient to Queue so there will not be duplicates.
- If you wish to add a patient who was late for an appointment to the Queue manually, turn off the Auto Add Appointment for Walk In function at Master List -> Settings -> Calendar Settings.
