Why can’t I see the same appointment display as per other PC?

When your calendar / appointment appears different as other PC, there are some possibilities. 

  1. First, check whether the date and view type is the same. You can select either view by month / week / day. Use ‘Jump’ function to go to the selected period or click directly on the small calendar on left side. 
  2. Next, check whether the doctor filter is the same. You can select to show only one doctor’s appointment or show all over the filter on top left corner.  
  3. Besides, check whether the Legend: visit reason filter is the same. You can select to show appointments with specific types of visit reasons only over the legend on top. Simply click to select and click again to deselect.
Previous The appointment was set at 10am but patient arrived at 1030am. After completing the case, the calendar showed 2 cases for the same patient (10am & 1030am). How do I merge them?
